In today's fast-paced business environment, it is vital that businesses encourage and embrace intrapreneurship among their employees. In order to do this it is necessary to pinpoint potential intrapreneurs and create an environment in which they can flourish. Contained within this site is a series of questionnaires designed to support new PhD research into identifying and nuturing intrapreneurship in UK Business. We are inviting businesses to register with us to assist with this ground-breaking project. Every two weeks participants are emailed a link to a different questionnaire: once the questionnaire has been completed they are rewarded with learning resources or feedback on their results. Taking part in this research is an opportunity for individuals to gain an insight into their own intrapreneurial behaviour, and learn more about their own skills, strengths and talents.
